Atlantis Submarines offers you the chance to explore the underwater beauty of the Cozumel area aboard an authentic submarine for a sightseeing experience quite unlike any other in the area! You'll begin your adventure aboard the Ana, a ferry that will take you out to the submarine. You'll enjoy a 12-minute tour of the Cozumel coast as you're ferried out to sea. Once you arrive at the Chankanaab dive area, you'll board the Atlantis submarine and descend below the crystal blue waters. You'll enjoy an amazing diversity of animal life below the waves. Your submarine will dive to the sea floor, where you'll see parrotfish, grunts, groupers, lobsters, rays and hundreds of other species.
You'll enjoy 30 foot coral heads, tunnels and much more; rock formations jut up from the sea floor in interesting shapes, unique animals swim past the large portholes, giving you an unprecedented look all the marine life in this fantastic area. There is no better way to explore the area with your family. After a full 40 minutes below the waves, you'll head back to shore for some R&R.
