Food consists of Mexican, Steak & Barbecue, and Fish & Seafood. The T-bone steaks, chateaubriand, and prime rib are the most popular dishes of the restaurant. The restaurant is known for its good quality lobster and beef. Those who want to try something new can go for the Shrimp Bahamas. Another specialty of the food is that most of them will be flambé right at the table so they are hot when served. The restaurant also has a kids menu that is made especially for children serving fried shrimp or chicken. The desert menu consists of crêpes Suzette, bananas Foster, and café Maya which is a mix of coffee, three liquors and vanilla ice cream.
The food at the restaurant is slightly high on the scale but the restaurant provides excellent food and ambience that makes the food well worth the expense. Reservations must be made to the restaurant before coming. The restaurant does not mind casual dressing but it is upscale.
